Domestic Delivery Options & Fees: Applicable shipping fees and available delivery speeds (Standard or Express) are clearly calculated and displayed at checkout before you finalize your payment. We offer promotional free shipping thresholds for qualifying order amounts.

International Shipping:International shipping is available upon prior confirmation of destination availability, courier rates, and timelines. Customers ordering internationally are solely responsible for all applicable destination customs import duties, taxes, VAT, clearance fees, or entry levies mandated by the destination country's customs authority.

Every art poster, retro print, photo strip, and custom frame at POSTGENZ is freshly prepared on demand using archival-grade inks and heavyweight paper stock.

• Standard Preparation: Normal printing, color inspection, quality assurance, protective wrapping, and dispatch takes 1 to 2 business days after order payment confirmation.
• Peak Periods & Exceptions: High seasonal demand (festive drops, holiday periods), national public holidays, or customer delays in providing high-resolution custom artwork files may slightly extend preparation and printing times.

Accurate Address Requirements: Customers are requested to provide a complete delivery address including house/flat numbers, street names, landmarks, exact 6-digit postal PIN codes, and a working mobile phone number for courier delivery agent coordination.

Address Corrections & Delay Assistance:If you notice an error in your submitted shipping address, please notify us immediately before dispatch. For significant transit delays, failed delivery attempts, or suspected transit loss, contact our support team promptly so we can coordinate directly with the courier's priority desk.

We package all posters in heavy-gauge crush-resistant cardboard cylinders or reinforced rigid envelopes to protect against moisture and handling damage during transit.

• External Damage upon Delivery: If a parcel arrives visibly crushed, torn, tampered with, or compromised, you have the right to refuse delivery with the courier agent and notify us immediately.
• Internal Damage Discovered After Opening: If damage is noticed after opening the package, please follow our Return, Replacement and Refund Policy by contacting us within 48 hours with clear unboxing photographs or video documentation.
